不安装 docker 有办法直接下载镜像 tar 包吗？

看到的方案都是在有网的设备上安装 docker ，pull 镜像之后再导出 tar 包
然后再导入没有网的设备中

想要直接从 windows 设备(有网但是无法安装 docker desktop)下载镜像 tar 包，有什么办法吗？

有的，我一般用 Docker image downloader 浏览器插件下载，下载完在上传到不联网的服务器上使用
