会点linux操作系统的基础，推荐debian的发行版，安转软件包方便，基本上@livid提到的大部分软件包，都可以通过debian包管理软件进行安装。建议你学linux是因为开发和部署在linux会比较方便一点，再者一般生产环境都会是linux或者类unix的操作系统，可以避免不少麻烦。
我自己现在就是用debian的发行版作为主操作系统，虽然有装Win7,不过很少用，除了登录国内的网银用用，基本不会在win上面工作。linux还是很合适做开发工作的，最近我就在linux下面完成了对V2EX的修改，架了个站http://www.ciiaii.com/。 |

我只玩过 uliweb 觉得还是相当方便的,不过其他的框架没有涉及过
