眼红 macOS 15.2 新的投屏选项，升级了系统。
突然发现 AppStore 无法正常安装和更新 APP 了，具体表现为：
1. 使用正常的国行帐号
2. 在 AppStore 中可以正常的购买免费 APP
3. 点击下载或者更新，提示「无法下载 App \n 无法安装 XXXX 。请稍后再试」
4. 重启没有效果
