Windows 下的 Arc Max 更新了，却无法正常使用

Windows 端的 Arc 在 7/11 的更新中更新了 Max 的功能，可以在设置中打开。本次更新了 ask webpage 和 tidy tabs 功能，但是在常规的梯子环境下用不起来，看起来好像是某个请求超时了；切全局也不好使，想问下有能用起来的么？
