Job Description:
We are seeking a experienced Product Manager to lead the product work for our APP/WEB side. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product planning, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate resources for successful project implementation. This role requires a global user business perspective, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of industry trends, particularly in the Web3/crypto industry/trading products.
Responsibilities:
1.Product Planning: Develop and execute product plans for the APP/WEB side, demonstrating a strong ability to plan and strategize effectively.
2.End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the complete process of user-side product functions, including requirement analysis, scheme design, and coordination of resources for project implementation.
3.User Experience Enhancement: Take charge of improving the product conversion of the user core path to enhance the overall product experience on the user side.
4.Global User Business Perspective: Possess a global perspective on user business, leading the team to grasp the product direction and maintain a rhythm aligned with global user needs.
5.Industry Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, demonstrating insightful analysis of user scenarios and contributing to the development of innovative product features.
Requirements:
1.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5/8 years of product management experience. Experience in managing tens of millions of user-side products is preferred.
2.Learning and Innovation: Strong learning ability and innovative thinking are essential for this role.
3.Execution Skills: Proactive in work, with a demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and resource coordination skills.
4.Market Insight: Ability to quickly grasp market demand and development trends, with a strong competitive analysis capability and keen market insight.
5.Innovative Spirit: Possess a strong innovative spirit and a keen sense for new product opportunities.
6.Crypto Industry Experience: Prior experience in the crypto industry or managing trading products is preferred.
