把目标 ipv4 输入的时候是可以的，checking address 后显示：IP is a potential tunnel endpoint. 但选好 server 点击创建的时候会显示 This network is restricted
换了几个 ip 都不行，在 Google 上搜索也没找到相关内容，请问大家有遇到类似情况的吗？该如何处理呢？

机房的 IP 段进黑名单了吧，换一家

用一个能创建的 ip 创建好，再在隧道设置里修改客户端 ip
