把域名转入 cloudflare ，账号也成功绑定了 Payment methods ，（ paypal 绑的是国内的银联卡，卡里余额充足）。结果支付的时候，cloudflare 提示：
An error occurred while processing the payment hold.
The following domains failed to transfer:
xxx.com
搜了一圈，CF 的客服也没回应这是什么情况，看到帖子说 cloudflare 支持国区 paypal 支付，不知道是不是真的？
