“需求分析师”：在软件、IT或业务项目中负责收集、澄清、记录并管理利益相关者需求的人，常把业务目标转化为可执行的功能需求/非功能需求，并与产品、开发、测试等团队沟通对齐。（也常与 Business Analyst 有重叠，但更聚焦“需求”本身。）
