定义 Definition

n. 契约,尤指具有正式法律效力的书面协议或契据;在金融领域常指规定债券发行条件及各方义务的信托契约。历史上也指学徒契约或契约劳工协议,即个人在一定期限内提供劳动以换取培训、食宿或旅费。
