使用免费的推特开发者账户，还有办法获取特定用户的推文吗？

以前用的好好的，老马收购后不讲武德，胡改乱改。 通过搜索报错内容，从 4 月份都有人问了，发现大部分老外都说必须得花钱订阅，我看最便宜的都得 100 刀，那还玩个鸡儿。 我的开发者账户好像是学术的也不行。 跪求不花钱的办法。
