服务器硬盘显示 Error Information Log Entries: 18，是不是该换硬盘了？

服务器硬盘才用三个月，两块硬盘组 RAID1，用 smartctl 查看到的信息：
Power Cycles: 8
Power On Hours: 2,559
Unsafe Shutdowns: 3
Media and Data Integrity Errors: 0
Error Information Log Entries: 18
这个“Error Information Log Entries”我查了下资料很少，是不是意味着该换硬盘了？
