2016.07.14 更新，在管理订阅的页面看了一下，订阅价格还是$45 没有变。

How to get around the device limit. (I know it's not ideal, but in theory it would work)

Create new Evernote account.
Share all notebooks with new account.
Login to device 3 (and 4 if needed) with new account.
Sync.
Enjoy all of your notes on more that 2 devices :)
