前置系统是信息阅读系统还在写,大概线路是这样:
我回头在把信息阅读系统写出来分享一下。
目前使用的 App 是 Things 3

时间管理四象限法
平时把想到的任务添加到 Inbox ,每天睡前晚上 8:30 洗澡完等头发干这段时间写完每日回顾笔记,开始清理 Things 3 的 Inbox 把准备执行的任务丢到 Preparation 列表
每天起床,洗澡完,从 Preparation 列表挑选要执行的任务丢到 Running 列表,给任务标注上执行时间。
然后基本上就在 Today 列表里,按照 四象限原则 执行任务就可以了,在空闲的碎片时间可以到 Preparation 找找有没有小任务可以完成。
任务完成后,丢到 Acceptance 空闲的时候回顾一下,写成文档或者笔记,如果需要优化或者再有什么操作就丢回 Running ,没有就丢到 Cmplete 。
每周回顾后把 Cmplete 归档到 Archive
PARA 系统将所有的信息分为四类:
