@jfdnet 区块链提供的信任是区块链这个技术背书的，没有任何中央机构背书。而显然 libra 里有一个这样的中央机构，它还控制着 libra 币的发行和销毁。这样大家的信任就不完全是建立在区块链上，而是需要信任这个中央机构。

@xiaozuo 我想的是，既然即使用了区块链，发行权还是在“ Libra Association ”手上，而且 Libra 的发行都需要“ Libra Association ”进行审查，那既然有着一层审查了，已经能证明会按照规则来发行了。

而且，即使用了区块链，如果审查这一层出了问题，造假超发也完全可以。这个东西还是要建立在大家对“ Libra Association ”的信任之上。
